My friends say I'm cool & easy going - I make them laugh & they feel relaxed in my company. It must be true - they all say the same thing.

I love cooking & eating good food & wine.
I'm a skilled DIYer - not just a bit of painting & decorating.
I do plastering, wiring, plumbing, tiling , joinery - whatever it takes.

That's a bit different from my day job.
I'm a computer consultant and work in the hectic world of Investment Banking.
I'm successful and like a challenge so taking on things I've never done before is all in a day's work.

I used to be very sporty - judo, swimming, squash, badminton.
These days I tend to chase buses to keep fit.

Do you ever find yourself looking over at someone you quite like in a bunch of friends and think, yes, if only?

Yeah, I'm that guy and probably you're that girl that didn't hook up in the crowd that night but wanted to.

Why can't the right girl be in the right place at the right time, talking to me
rather than someone else?

I make friends easily and enjoy other people's company.
Whoever you are, whatever you do - it really doesn't matter. Anyone can be friends.

Look at it this way.
Everyone you know as a friend has other friends themselves who you don't know. Surely, if they get on with your friend, you could probably get on with them too, if you met and became friends, that is.

It's just a question of meeting them in the first place...

So hear I am - come and get to know me.

If you like being with people too, what better way to spend your time? 

I'm happy listening to music, having a quiet drink and chat. A nice meal & some wine. Bowling or playing pool with a few beers.

Maybe a band in a pub - playing originals or covers - I just like seeing live music being performed.

What am I looking for?
Well just a chilled evening - friendship, pure & simple.
And if it develops into more than that,
fantastic. It's not something you can plan or guarantee, is it? You have to start somewhere.
